Ian Woodley is an experienced and well-respected therapist in Norfolk, with many years of successfully treating clients in a wide range of situations and personal challenges. He became interested in this line of work after receiving hypnotherapy for a sugar addiction (8 spoonfuls of sugar in a mug of tea and up to 40 mugs a day!). He is constantly expanding and refreshing his training, and is undertaking research programs in weight management, and mental health issues.

Ian lives and works in Norfolk, has two adult sons and is also a grandfather. His interest span a range of subjects, many of which focus on his interest in how the mind works, in personal and professional life, as well as in the field of amateur and professional sports.
