Stress is also known to be a contributing factor to a number of serious health issues, such as heart disease, stroke and digestive disorders, such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
Both anxiety and stress can also lead to poor health through damaging habits, such as poor eating (weight loss or weight gain) and addictions such as smoking, drinking and drug misuse. Hypnotherapy can help to unlock the causes of stress, giving you the ability to relax and increase your day-to-day wellbeing, health and peace of mind.
